TERMS & CONDITIONS

General

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with RnR Clothing di Chiara Pellegrini VAT 03726390127 Via Parini, 6 21040 Gornate Olona VA Italy, hereinafter referred to as “RnR Clothing”, "us" or ”we”, available under the domain, www.rnr-clothing.com or mobile website. By using and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order. All agreements made between you and us in connection with the purchase contract result in particular these sales conditions; our written order confirmation and our declaration of acceptance.

We do not accept any deviating terms or conditions from the customer. The inclusion of any products or services on , www.rnr-clothing.com at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on, www.rnr-clothing.com at the time you place your order.

Ordering

The customer can choose products from, www.rnr-clothing.com and purchase them via the "Buy" button in a so-called shopping basket.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, a representative will contact you to settle the refund.

The merchandise sold through the Site is intended to comply with E.U. laws and regulations. If you are a non-E.U. based user, be advised that other countries may have laws, regulatory requirements, and product safety requirements that are different than those in the E.U. 

Delivery 

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site.

The delivery period is approximately 4/5 working days for the Standard. The quoted transit time are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays. For Express delivery, please contact us, by email: info@rnr-clothing.com We are not responsable for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, brokerage charges, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. All international shipments are eligible for these fees. There is no way for RnR Clothing to predict your country's customs/fee habits, so be prepared to pay full VAT on the fully declared value of your order as well as any customs fees your country's postal system may charge you.

Returns

You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. The goods must be undamaged, unused, unworn and unwashed. Clothes must have original packaging and labels. Discounted goods can not be returned. The delivery cost will not be refunded. Items should be returned by SDA on custmare expenses. If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing, an email to info@rnr-clothing.com. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment.

RnR Clothing guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. If the item you have received is defective, or damaged, please notify RnR Clothing promptly by email describing the defect to info@rnr-clothing.com. Please include photos to document the damage. Please keep the original damaged packaging as evidence. We will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.

Prices and payment terms

The prices displayed at include the statutory Value Added Tax (VAT). You can pay for your goods before delivery with credit card, paypal or bank transfer. The delivery of the goods takes place only after the payment has been received, which the customer agrees to at the conclusion of the contract.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

RnR Clothing is not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on rnr-clothing.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
